This class is geared towards teens and adults who are looking for tips to handle stress. Mindfulness skills have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, fight off anxiety and depression, increase productivity and creativity, enhance relationships, and help re-wire the brain to be more positive and relaxed.

We are offering a series of mindfulness experiential classes led by licensed psychotherapist, Elena Rybko, who will lead you through the basic principals of mindfulness, incorporating the necessary practice. Furthermore, the combination of unique visual art and live classical music, respectively led by Elena Avanesova and Gulia Gurevich, will further enhance your practice, build on your skills, and open up additional outlets for relieving stress.
